I was on the nbn50 plan and downgraded to nbn25 a week ago. However, I want to upgrade back to the original nbn50 plan. I've tried using the mobile app and the website but both are unsuccessful and I receive an error message:

We were able to locate your account and learned that you've been in touch with our Tech team.
They've advised that the upgrade can't be processed as there's an open thread since you recently updated your plan to NBN25.
Once it is done, you may upgrade to the NBN50 again.
