Get online support
Recently my Huawei HG659 has been losing connection to FTTB at the same day and time every week. Hardware VER.B, software V100R001C216B013. It can be restored by resetting it, but I prefer not to do this all the time as it is in a difficult position to get to and the disruption when working from home is annoying. Is this a known fault or is there a fix? Thanks

Have you noticed the any changes with the light status of the huawei modem router when the issue happens?
The firmware of your device is the latest available.
When you said reset, did you factory reset it or reboot?
