FTTC device doesn’t work after thunderstorm

NDD0300 model FTTC totally doesn’t work after power outage because of the thunderstorm (no any light on or flashing).
All electrical outlets back to normal and Wi-Fi router works well. Only FTTC router fried. Just wondering if it needs to be replaced.

If it's not giving you any light and doesn't get any power, then it is faulty.
