Dear Sir/Madam,
I note that you refuse to reply to my emails or make contact with me despite me being a loyal TPG Customer.
I have emailed repeatedly to TPG as I am without TPG Wireless internet for over 8 days.
Nothing has been done. The issue has not been resolved. No one has contacted me.
I have spent hours of my personal and work hours "following it up myself".
Why do you refuse to correspond with me ? I am a paying customer. I am paying for a service I am not receiving.
I have lodged a formal complaint with "Jessie" Level 1 from Tech Support in the Philippines at 3.29pm today 09/11/2023
Reference number 72261492. I am also going to take my issue with TPG to the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman (as TPG are not providing a service I am paying for and are not returning my contact with them via email correspondence.
Please note it took me 1 hour and 6 minutes to lodge a complaint with Jessie today.
I still have no wireless internet. I cannot work. I cannot carry out personal work either.
Please provide me with the email address for Mr Inaki Berroeta (CEO, MD & Director of TPG Telecom).
If you refuse to provide me Mr Berroeta's contact information via email, then please provide me the P.O. Box address and Head Office address of TPG (so as I can write a personal letter to him explaining how I have been treated by TPG).
I cannot believe a company like TPG would totally ignore its paying customers who have no TPG Wireless Internet Service.
I look forward to an immediate reply.
