My Fast modem initially allowed access to and modification of wireless settings etc. But for no apparent reason, this access fails. Then all I get is "Please wait..." (see image).
I need to be able to turn off the 5Mhz radio to add a 2.4Mhz device. I can't do this. It's driving me insane.
Please let me know how to recover the access? I have restarted the modem many times. I have hard-reset it and although this worked a few times, it does not work now. And let's be honest, that is no solution.
Please advise!
