Fastmile WPS button not working

The WPS button on the TPG supplied Nokia Fastmile won't give a flashing white central light. Have enabled WPS in the settings on the admin page.

I saw a similar model in an AirBnB and pressed the WPS button and it started flashing straight away.

Any idea what I'm missing?

When you press the WPS button or enabled it within the modem interface, have you checked your device if it can detect the modem/router even though the light is not flashing?
