Hi there fellows,
My modem has started playing up for the past month or so. It just drops the 4G network then the 5G network stops working altogether. The current firmware version of the modem are:
0.1.0 0.9.1 v5006.0 Build 220518 Rel.32480n
Archer VR1600v v2.0 00000000
I believe the firmware on this modem needs upgrading. Could you upgrade my modem urgently please?
It has become quiet an inconvenience as the modem stops working more and more these days.
