Firmware upgrade for Huawei HG658

Hi there, I need a firmware upgrade to the above modem. I tried to send a PM to Riezl seeing there were past posts on this subject. But when I tried to PM Riezl with the3 required details there's no 'Send a message' link once I click on the name.
