Forgotten modem/router password.

Hi,

I forgot my login password to my Huawei modem/router to access the configuration. Is it possible for TPG to back up my modem/router configuration remotely beforeI reset the modem/router?

We are not able to backup the settings of your modem/router.

The only option if you forgot your modem/router login password is to factory reset the device and reconfigure it.
