Experiencing frequent brief outages. Sometimes resetting modem fixes the outage, sometimes not. Can't tell for certain if it's a faulty modem/router or the NBN connection but I suspect it's the TPG-supplied modem/router. Upgraded to a faster connection with little to no improvement. Losing phone calls and streaming shows often interrupted - very frustrating. Happy to purchase a higher spec modem/router if necessary.

For customers experiencing any issues with their service, we recommend the best thing to do first is check if there's an outage.
Check our Service Status page for any known outages. If you're on NBN, we have created this article that can guide you on How to Check for NBN Network Outage
