Get a new FTTB modem

Hi

My old HG659 modem been used more than 6 years, and now always has problems with its wifi, can I get a new replacement modem? Thanks

Let's both check your modem and the status of  your connection. There are many factors that can affect your service so let's make sure to investigate which ones causing the interruption with your service.
