Having modem problems, using the Huawei HG659, Wanted to see how to get a replacement.

Internet drops usually a few times a day for a few minutes each time and is currently out now and has been for nearly an hour.

A tech that came out a while ago recommended getting a new modem.

We ran an initial test to the service it shows a possible line fault affecting dropouts on the service. Send us your best contact number and preferred time, we'll have one of our Technicians contact you for real-time test and investigation.

Hi, I had an nbn tech come out again on the 16th, internet was partially okay for a couple days, but is now out for a third time.

Available now or all day tomorrow.
