We ran an initial test to the service it shows a possible line fault affecting dropouts on the service. Send us your best contact number and preferred time, we'll have one of our Technicians contact you for real-time test and investigation.
Internet drops usually a few times a day for a few minutes each time and is currently out now and has been for nearly an hour.
A tech that came out a while ago recommended getting a new modem.
