I've been having connection issues (dropouts etc) and was hoping you can push a firmware upgrade my way so I can see if doing an upgrade will solve the issue. Historically, I"ve had to do a factory restore to the router to stop it from misbehaving. ( have done this many times)
We arranged a technician to call you later today in between 7-7:30PM tonight for further tests and investigation.
