We're having an issue with our HUAWEI unit experiencing regular loss of internet connection (1-3 times per day) which requires the unit to be power cycled to rectify.
I suspect that our unit is on the way out, but was hoping someone from tech support could apply a firmware update first before we go down the path of replacement.
