Modem ia a HG659.

I open the browser page for HUawei Home Gateway.

I log in. All OK,

Then:

No matter what option I take I go to the linked area and then 3-5 seconds later I bounce back to the log in page.

Just trying to change my SECURITY KEY but i never get enough time to enter it.

Any thought?

Welcome to the community !

Have you tried to access the modem's page using a different browser? If yes.

•  Try to clear cache and cookies and try again.
•  If you're using a device wirelessly connected try to use a laptop/desktop connected via LAN cable.
