HUAWEI Modem HG659 - Firmware Update

My Modem was not syncing at full speed, so I did a power cycle and now requires a software update?

Power light is orange and now have no internet at all!!!!!!!!!!

Can I pls have some help I’m completely stuck and do not want to wait a week to have my modem replaced
