I’ve uploaded a photo of the modem would this be compatible for the tpg ultra fast nbn service coz it’s not listed on there website

By the looks of it, it should be compatible with the NBN Ultrafast speed.

Are you under the NBN bundled with VoIP plan or NBN data only plan?

If you are under the NBN bundled plan, then you may need to check if it supports VLAN tagging as you need to set it to 2.

If you are under the NBN data only plan, then it will work as you just need to set the configuration to PPPoE using your TPG credentials.
