No power light on a particular equipment is an indication that it is faulty.
If the power source and the power cord are okay, sometimes, performing a hard reset on the NBN connection box and the modem will help,but if it will not do the trick, replacing the equipment is the best option.
In your case, we can see that the TPG modem is in good state, however , the NTD or the ARRIS box, which is used for your NBN HFC service has no power light at all.
This has been raised to NBN Co. and a technician has been booked to further check and replace the equipment if needed.
