How to Configure Tp_link Archer VR500v to work with TPG NBN over HFC

Hi,

I have a TPG NBN connection over HFC.

I already have the TPG supplied modem, it is connecting fine to the NBN.

I want to get another modem working, it is the Archer VR500v. I think it should work because:
(1) The TP-Link product info page claims this router should work with HFC - https://www.tp-link.com/au/home-networking/dsl-modem-router/archer-vr500v/
(2) In addition the router appears in the TP-Link listing of HFC compatible modems (https://www.tp-link.com/au/nbn-compatible-device/)

However no matter what I do I cannot get it to connect!

What configuration should I put in?
