I got the home wireless as my NBN is in outage (ur TPG service is suck, out for few days and no update at all).
Got the router and Sim next day after register, Great ! But it is not working, , got fool by your CS said just need to wait for few hrs it will get activated.
Called few times and CS said will come back and provide some check. but it is still not work. Can anyone please advise how to get it works?
if I can't get anything work, I think I will just terminate TPG and grab the home wireless from other service proivder.
