Hi, how do I return a wireless modem after cancelling the service?

The home wireless cancellation is usually at the end of the current billing cycle as to which the e-connote will be sent to you, so you can return the modem to us. We recommend to wait for the cancellation date and if you have not received the consignment label by then, send us a private message here with your TPG customer ID.

I have not received consignment notice abd must return wireless modem 20/11/2023 because I am going overseas
