Hi,
long time customer of TPG. having issues with the current Modem capacity and data speed when working from home. uncprecedented current times have forced me to work from home but the internet is lagging and slow.
any chance we can update the modem to support better connectivity and speed?
appreciate your urgent help with this.

Are you ADSL or NBN?
If ADSL, the further from the exchange, the slower the speed.
You can check you physical connection speed by logging on to the router. It will show connection information (speed, errors). There may be a line fault causing slower than normal speed.
Also, you can try a speed test via TPG support page.
NBN slowness could be caused by the level of activity in your neighbourhood.
