Hi there. I own two Huawei routers. The one I use normally is a hg658 model. On my current plan, I get speeds around 46 Mbps down and 18 Mbps up, which is very good for me. However, I needed to use my other router due to a LAN connector issue. It is a hg659 model and the point of the following question. I get about the same download speed the upload bandwidth speed appears to be throttled to around 0.8 Mbps. The router was configured by TPG, maybe when I was in a different plan ???. Is there any way to change its setting so it is not throttling anymore? Do I need to open a ticket with TPG to solve this issue? Thank you guys for the help.
