I can't tell if the wireless router is included with New No Contract ADSL accounts

The wesite has a setup fee, and I can choose a No Contract plan for ADSL + Home Phone.

It does not show that you will receive a wireless router and I will not start the signup only to get to the page where I need to select to add it.

Very poor experience even before I sign up.

Hi @elusiv It's clearly on the website http://tpg.com.au/adsl a router is included on an 18 month contract,  you didn't look too hard.

Thanks, It is a little obvious isn't it.

I really just need to know how much all the options cost. I don't understand why tpg needs to hide there Optional extra's behind link after link.

I need a Wireless router and a home phone I guess to make this whole thing work

You are 100% right.

But, if you read my comments a little more carefully, you would notice that my issue isn't what I need to provide, it is what they should make easily accessible for me, which are the prices for all extras or options a potential new customer may need or want to sign up.

Seriously? My subject line is "I can't tell if the wireless router is included with New No Contract ADSL accounts"

I have no interest in a contract 18 months, 12 months or 24 months.

I want to know the price for the wireless Modem if I were to sign up WITHOUT a contract.

TPG should have it visible on the same page, or 1 click away.

For our ADSL2+ w/ home phone service, the wi-fi modem for the No Lock-In contract cost $99.95 plus $10.00 shipping fee.

All our Standalone ADSL2+ plans come with a contract.
