My name is Alexandra Rees, username rees1993.
I have finally received my modem and NBN box, however the internet will not connect. I have connected it as per instruction, the NBN box device lights are all on, but the wifi modem internet light is not on, therefore there is no internet connection.
I paid for the first month of internet and a $99 over a month ago, but STILL have no internet.
This needs to be rectified now.
