IPV6 and VX420-G2h Hybrid modem router

Hi has anyone been able to get IPv6 working on FTTN with this modem they advertise their system mis capable but have spent 3 hours on the phone with support and have changed every feasible settin ??? the modem detects IPv6 addresses but it does not work any one??? help

Note that IPv6 IP address is not yet available for our service.

Could you provide more information on the setup that you are creating?
