Internet Radio only works on 2.5GHz spectrum with TP-LINK Archer C1200

Hi, We have two Internet Radios that only work on the 2.5GHz frequency, but whenever the 5GHz frequency is running, they can't see the 2.5GHz network. I need to turn off the 5GHz frequency. Since last night, the 2.5GHz network isn't recognizing my password (even though it's showing me through the router's website that it's correct. Is there a way of running both network frequencies? If not, why wouldn't the router accept my password for the 2.5GHz network?

Just wondering, when the password for the 2.4 GHz connection didn't work last night. Is it on all of your devices (phone, computers, etc.) or on the internet radio only?

 

What are the troubleshooting that you've exerted to try and resolve this issue?

Have you tried changing the name of the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz to a differentiate them?
