Hi, our internet is down in south yarra, Melbourne. Diagnostics on our computers are saying it’s a WiFi / authentication issue which might be related to bills but we have paid this month and was working fine this morning. We could not find an account number but have a service numbers and details for the account ( in my housemates name). Please can you assist, find images attached of modems . Thanks
