Yesterday there was a brief power outage at my place and my internet dropped out. I checked the NBN connection and it said that there was an outage. Later that night it said that there was no longer an outage, but my internet still didn't work. I went to bed and then into the office today. I've been trying everything to fix it - I've turned it on and off and done a reset, but nothing seems to work. I've been on hold for over an hour (after being told that it was a 30 minute wait). Please help ASAP!

I managed to get someone on the phone and they then organised for service to come out. But then half a day later (before someone coming out) it was fixed.
