Over the past few weeks the wifi/ internet drops out and won't reconnect.

there are no outages in the area.

how can this be fixed

Hi, internet dropped out and has not reconnected for 24 hrs. I have replaced the cable but this has not helped. Can this be escalated as it has been days with out any reliable service.
