Iphone email using TPG

I cannot reply to emailsusing tpg account on my IPhone. Error message

CANNOT SEND MAIL

The sender address was invalid

We're sad to know that you're having issues sending email using iphone, please try to send an email using our Post Office  ( https://www.tpg.com.au/home/postoffice ) and let us know how it will go.

Please post the screen shot of the error message on this thread for additional reference.
