Login & Password info

Hi I have a Netgear Nighthawk modem & just moved house & need to set it up. I remember to get it working I had to put @TPG or something after my password. Am I correct cause I know all my info but it’s not connecting.

Hi @Walshy . The settings won't have  changed in moving house. The settings are PPPoE, username + @tpg.com.au, and password.

If your new connection is FTTP, that's all.

The other connection types need VLAN ID=2. 

What model Netgear is it?

You'll have to identify what type of NBN connection is available on the new address, It is possible that the modem requires to reconfigure based on the new NBN technology.

You can use @david64 details to configure the modem.
