Looking for setup advice

I've installed my modem for a new connection. Internet is active through wall socket but I receive TPG Correspondence saying that my account is active but they cannot see my connection status.

Instructions indicate I need to plug into NBN installation box.

But there isn't one at my address. So how do I rectify this issue?

Hi @joshsutton88 . With FTTN, the wifi router plugs into the telephone wall socket. No NBN box.

You can do the speed test on the TPG support page.

Log in to the router and check the DSL stats to see your connection speed to the node and line quality. You should keep the numbers for future reference.
