I've managed to locate your account using your Community details and ran a remote test. The router appears to be working and is connected for more almost 12hrs.
Doing a factory reset on the router will restore it to its default settings hence the lost of internet access. I'm glad to learn that one of our Helpdesk support was able to assist you in reconfiguring the router resulting to having the internet access back.
