Missing NBN connection box

Hi - I am moving into a previously occupied house. There is no NBN connection box. How do I ensure that a) the property had been connected to NBN and b) get the connection box? I have already ordered an installation with a modem from TPG. Thanks,

Your address was tagged as Service class 24, which means that the wall plate and NBN NTD box is in place. The NBN NTD should not be taken or sold as it is nbn™ property. 

If the NTD box is missing, our Provisioning Team will raise the issue to NBN Co. A Case Manager will be in touch with you within 24 to 48 hours as soon as an update becomes available.
