Modem Replacement

Hi,

I have a used huawei hg659 on a FTTB M Bundle since 2016 but the modem is becoming less reliable as it approaches end of life. Is there an option to replace it with a new model through TPG or buy my own from a 3rd party?

If you are under the NBN bundled with VoIP plan, then the VoIP service will not work using a 3rd party modem/router.

You have the option to purchase a new modem/router with us.
