Are you looking for a firmware update or a modem upgrade?
If it's for a firmware upgrade, kindly send your modem's serial number and software version via private message so we can check if it needs updating.
If you are looking into upgrading to a different modem, you may choose a modem of your choice so long as it is compatible to your FTTB service. Just a heads up, the home phone component of your bundle is encrypted and requires the use of our modem, to make and receive phone calls.
