Modem delivered in wrong address

Hello, I have requested moving home but I just realised new modem has been sent to previous address which is interstate. Now ,I am trying to contact TPG via chat and email which has not been responded at all. I need internet as I must work from home these days . Please help me . Thanks Shushila

The modem was reshipped and consignment number was given via PM.
