Get online support
Hi, I keep getting messages from TPG to activate my service, but my modem still hasn't been delivered. The StarTrack website indicates an unsuccessful delivery last night, but no card was left (which is what the email said would happen in that situation), so I'm not sure how I'm supposed to get the modem now.
This happend to me once and the parcel was left to my Local Post Office, you may contact startrack directly 13 23 45 so they can provide details on where to pick up the equipment.
