Modem is not working.

Hi,
My modem/router is not working anymore. No lights are working. Can you please help me to get an replacement.

Using your community details to pull up your account, I was able to run tests and confirm that your modem is not being detected at all.

 

If you have already tested a different power outlet, we are indeed looking at a nonfunctioning modem since the lights are off. Based on our records, your modem is already out of warranty.
