Hello, i currently have a dynalink rta1025w rev2 modem that i received from tpg before and when i tried to use it with my new internet provider, it doesn't appear to be functional. Does tpg lock their modems?

The modem we provide is not locked to our network. In case the modem did not work you might need to contact your Internet Service Provider for assistance.
