Modem return

I have a modem that needs to be returned within 14 days.
I was given I return bag through StarTrack and have rang them now 4 days in a row to organise a pickup.
Still no pickup. Apparently I keep being missed. They give me no other reason.
Can I just return the modem through the post office myself?
I don’t want the non return fee applied to my account

Since the issue is with Startrack, then we can still extend the return date as we understand that this is not your fault.

You may return the modem/router at your own cost, but we still prefer for you to use what we provided.
