Modem unable to connect after storm

There was a huge lightening strike before I was able to turn off the outlet powering the nbn modem. After turning It back on, the power light is solid but all other lights have been stuck in flashing. I've tried unplugging for 2 minutes and replugging but it's still flashing. I don't know what to do next as I am stuck in call queue for 40 minutes now.
