Modem upgrade

Hallo TPG

Recently I noted my modem is quite an old model - Huawei HG630 as I have been with TPG FTTB since initiation date in Perth around 2013. I would like to ask if I can get new modem at minimal cost. Thank you for your consideration.

Hi @junivera,

As per our phone conversation i have organised a modem for you to use with your TPG FTTB service.

I will SMS you thee consignment number by COB today  so you can check your delivery status.

You should expect your modem to be delivered in 1 to 2 days.
