Get online support

Modem won’t connect.

Since this Friday, the 15th. Our modem has been unable to connect to the internet. Seems to get caught up on DSL flashing and if by chance it makes it past that no internet light at all.
Have tried every option in the help articles.

I've managed to locate your account using your Community details and have detected drop outs which may be service affecting. 

 

The issue is now raised to our Engineering Team for further investigation. 

 

Please ensure to leave your modem connected and turned on for remote testing purposes. Updates will be provided via phone call or SMS.
