Hi received a message this afternoon saying that our nbn service was installed but that they could not see us online. We only signed up last night and we don't have a new modem .I still have my old one but thought we were getting a new one. Thanks.

I was able to locate your account using your community details and seen that your service has been installed yesterday.
Your old modem/router will not work for the new NBN service. We sent you a modem/router and it is ready to be picked up to your nearest Local Post Office.
