Moderm no update

I received an e mail regarding delivery of my moderm, Star Track and tracking number.

The e mail said delivery should be next day. It is more than 24 hours, when I clicked the link, the Star Track website said not scan in the system yet. Why this happened ?

I have a similar issue.  I got an email on this Monday, saying that "The equipment will be dispatched in 2-3 working days. We will email you again when the goods are shipped."

However, after 4 days, I still haven't recevied any email about the shipping of the moderm

I still have not got any update regarding the shipping of the modem
