Hi I am rellocating from Sydney to my new home in melbourne. with the move there is an upgrade of my plan from ADSL to NBN.
1)Is it possible to collect the modem directly from TPG's office in Sydney before i move to Melbourne. we are yet to put mail box etc in our new Home in Melbourne.
2) Is they a way to specify that i am collecting the device directly on the website . i couldnt find one when i was trying to raise a move home request
