My Internet keeps dropping out. Do I have the latest firmware for Archer VR1600v ?

I don't know why it keeps dropping out. Sometimes my dsl light flashes, other times it's on, but internet light is not on. I just rebooted to get it going, so I'm going to run out of time in a minute! 

My firmware is 0.1.0 0.9.1 v5006.0 Build 200810 Rel.53181n

Archer VR1600v v2 0000000

Would this be the solution...the firmware?
