My NCD and modem are both dead

This afternoon’s storm and thunder kill my NBN modem and NCD, both light off and can not be powered on.

I need new modem and NCD ASAP. Which way is quickest?

Now I can not send private message because I do not have sufficient privilege, please increases my privilege.

My customer ID is xxxxxx.

I responded to your initial message yesterday, I can see that you have been in contact with one of our Engineers and provided the case progress about the faulty NBN box and modem/router.

 

Further updates will be provided via SMS or Phone call.

Thanks for your response. TPG engineer tells me a new modem will be delivered to me. I forget to ask the engineer which day the modem will be delivered? I hope to get it early next week.

The delivery of the modem/router may take 1 to 2 working days within Metro areas and 3 to 5 working days outside Metro.
